Giới thiệu về công ty :	New Toyo Pulppy (Viet Nam) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Benline Investment Limited (Hong Kong). It was established under the name of the New Toyo Tissue Paper Mill (Vietnam) Co., Ltd on January 24th 1998. Our factory is located at 8 VSIP , Street 6, Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park, Thuan An District, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam. The Ground Breaking Ceremony was carried out on our 40,000 square meter block in the presence of Mr. Le Huy Con, the Vice Minister of Viet Nam Ministry and Mr. Le Thanh Cung, the Vice Chairman of Binh Duong People’s Committee and Chief of VSIP Management Board. A year later, on October 18th 1999, we started the test production run, with market testing undertaken in early 2000. Since then, we have received much support from the governments of Vietnam and Singapore, ensuring our smooth operation. Mr. Phan Van Khai, the Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, visited our factory on January 9th, 2000. We also welcomed a visit by Mr. Lee Hsien Loong, the first Deputy Prime Minister of Republic of Singapore, on April 20th 2000. In early January 2003 , we increased our original capital from USD 44,230,000 to USD 60,359,000, in order to expand our factory to meet the increasing demands from consumers. To provide a stronger platform for our Company’s future growth, both locally and in worldwide markets, we decided to change our Company name. As of September 1st 2006, New Toyo Tissue Paper Mill (VN) Co., Ltd. became known as New Toyo Pulppy (Viet Nam) Co., Ltd, and Pulppy Brand became the new company logo.
