- Conducting and managing your team to ensure the solution, the qualification and the requirement of your projects and your client’s satisfaction;
- Participating in the organization and planning of the development schedule ensuring successful completion within scope, budget and time-line;
- Adapting project plans, schedules, resource assignments as required throughout project to respond to emerging requirements and risks if possible;
- Creating of necessary standards, tools, processes and best practices in a clear form. |
| Kinh nghiệm, kỹ năng : |
* Education: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
** Knowledge and Working experience:
- Deeply experience in Software Engineering;
- Good knowledge and experience in Analysis and System Architecture Design;
- Good experience in Project Management;
- Strong organization and time management;
- Good solving problem skill and risk management;
- Excellent team player and team builder;
- Strong interpersonal skill and can work with diverse personality types;
- Good written and oral communication skills;
- Be pro-active, creative, trustable and want to set up long term career;
- Having knowledge about Smart Card and Embedded Systems is an advantage |
